    Pretty sure they just do it for fun and because it fits the aesthetic.

    I know a few people offered to proxy the Vans drop. Anyone still willing to take on another person? Really want a pair!

    Sometimes M and sometimes L - I ordered the M based on TBB shoulder and chest measurements - so we'll see.

    i think in the past they've limited it to one pair per person, no?

    I'm looking for opinions on footwear with EG. I recently got a new job, so I will be buying much more clothing, and I'd like to stay within one aesthetic and not jump around. So, I know Viberg/Oak Street Bootmakers and New Balance look great with EG, but I need more variety in the footwear department. i already have a pair of black waxed leather boots, natural leather boots, and a pair of NB's. I'm currently looking at Paraboot and Yuketen. I will be purchasing Birkenstock Boston's, and Needles Asymmetric Ghillie's, but I need a pair of shoes. Here are some that I'm looking at currently:

    Yuketen Plain Toe w/ Ripple Sole (I'd rather get the derby version, but I cant seem to find a stockist -- It states Urban Outfitters stocks the Derby's, but I cant find them on the site? Should I give them a call?)

    Yuketen 1940 Milspec Oxford

    I'm also looking at the Paraboot Michael, but I cant decide on what color I would want... (The pony fur's are very tempting.) However, I doubt these would work as a spring/summer shoe...

    Lastly, does anyone know where I can buy a EG quick release belt in black or navy Size 32? Will they be re-released this ss16? Finally, do you guys think that the EG/Kapital vibe mixes well with classic workwear such as RRL, LVC, 3Sixteen, etc...? I'm trying to steer away from buying RRL in the future, but I have a couple pairs of denim from them that are really nice, and I saw a western shirt from LVC this season that I like.

    EDIT:
    Also, for washed/one wash denim, would you guys recommend OrSlow, Warehouse, or Kapital?

    I tried looking for one recently too, and in my search I came across this Etsy shop:

    I wrote about it a few pages back—I was very pleased with the fit and quality. They are made to order so you can provide the exact measurement of the middle hole. For some reason he only lists the natural as an option for the 1.25" width, but I asked for one in black and he had no problem making it.

    The Chambord is another Paraboot style that looks good with EG.

    Also consider Alden. I really like the Plain Toe Blucher in Shell Cordovan, and their Longwing Bluchers look great too. There's also the Indy boot, which I've seen in several fits here.

    I'm currently trying to decide between the heathered grey ground jacket and the knockabout jacket as this summers jacket

    anyone got an opinion either way?

    Cheers

    Agreed on the nurse look but to each their own.

    Viberg derbies look lovely with EG especially in the various roughout versions.

    I like some Visvim as well with EG. Also, white CPs go well, imo. I feel like some of the pant types of EG go best with sneakers and slip-ons, and the best bets for those are CP achilles lows, CP slip-ons, Visvim Foley-Folk, Visvim Skagway slip-ons, Vans slip-ons. Personally, my next shoe purchase is going to be Visvim Foley-Folk to go with EG.

    I agree about Visvim going well with EG. I feel like the boots all fit very nicely into the EG aesthetic and so do the skagways.

    The navy BDU shirt arrived and TBB measurements for a M are spot on.
    Shoulder = 18.5 inches
    Chest = 22 inches
    sleeve length = 24 inches

    I just wish the sleeve was an inch or so longer but I can live with it.
