There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

@mbaum think the shirt is: tab collar shirt - Newport Plaid / Blue /Pink you might want to email Nepenthes and ask who is carrying it. Superdenim has the red version, blue/pink is a rarer one I think...

The second pic of shorts is the Truman short in Heather grey oxford, think the first pic is actually the combi-suit with the top-half folded down:

Does anyone know where to get hold on the patchwork chambray in the short sleeve BD shirt version?
Both colors either grey or blue would be welcome. I can't find in anywhere.

Thank you, Lorcan7. All makes sense. Need to touch base with Nepenthes on the items as I don;t think I have seen them in the US.

Anyone know of ANY stockists that have the Navy Poplin C-1 vest in a size XL? I've never worn EG vests before, but the two shirts I own are L and my sportcoats and outerwear (including the past season's gray herringbone CPO shirt jacket) are all XL. Customer support at The Bureau advised me to go with an XL, and Nepenthes SAs told me L. Idk. [IMG]

@blankinput you are perhaps better off with the XL - the back of the C1 is adjustable so you can cinch it in a bit if its roomy - and if you wear xl in jackets then it should be fine. On the other hand if you really can't find an XL anywhere you could always give the L a go and wear it with the back fully let out.

I feel like with EG - always size up when in doubt. EG can always look cool a little oversized but looks pretty bad too tight.

My feelings exactly. I have that jacket and I don't need somebody walking up to me and saying "OH MAH GOD KARDASHIAN JACKET."

And how is EG even on a Kardashian's radar? I am really curious because it feels like a clash of styles. I wouldn't think that people like that follow stuff like Nepenthes etc.

She probably has people shopping not-too-common-clothing for her.

Ya, I think it looks good. Change the jeans to some FWK wool trousers, throw a bucket hat on, and she could easily be in the lookbook. Who cares what celebs are wearing what, just look better than them

That Needles jacket is from 2011 (edit: ceoceo beat me to it, yeah ss11) It's a bit much for me. Maybe on the right person (ok I'm picturing a Damo Suzuki of Can -esque Japanese dude with super long hair) it could look cool?

Needles most recent seasons (Spring/Summer 2013 onwards) have been the strongest in my opinion. Some of it is just that the lookbooks have become much better shot and styled in recent years. But also I think some of the older seasons had a higher % of crazy unwearable stuff, or things with such strong 1970s vibes (tie-dye painter pants anyone?) they look like something actually from the 70s rather than a reinterpretation.

    Also check out the back:

I think I actually prefer the back [IMG]
