Sorry, obligatory rant: these work out to $415 shipped. For cotton ripstop tent material!

This is an actual sturdy ripstop tent by REI. It costs $175! For the same cost, you could buy two of them, have a place to live, and cut the other into nice SS-colored pantaloons for you *and* a friend, plus have monies left over for a nice dinner and cab.
Damnit!
How loose/baggy is the fit?I got the Medium FA pants, and the length is perfect. I’m 5’11” and a 32 waist.
Sizing on SS20 shirts is looking insanely large:
Model is 6'3 wearing an XS, which is 21.75" P2P. A medium is 24" P2P.
How loose/baggy is the fit?
I'm 6' and 36" waist should I go L in the FA pants?
Size small in the khaki BDU is 23” p-to-p...so basically it’s a medium lol
Tried on Dayton shirt in twill and it does fit larger than the same from a few years back. Most noticeably around the collar.
Was also browsing at the women selection and noticed that Workaday comes in XXS now.
