A little off topic but thought I would post. I had a visit to the store yesterday from David (Timpoblete). He had told me he would be in Massachusetts on business and that he would stop by. So great to meet him after all these years. We talked and shopped and he did score some nice pieces. We met for dinner (Bartley's Burger Cottage) and then I showed him around Harvard. David, I had a nice time and thanks for visiting us.

Went to Nepenthes yesterday to look at the new stuff. Gotta say, when I saw the lookbook last year I didn't find anything particularly interesting (black and white images didn't really help), but in real life some of the pieces are pretty special. My favourites were the corduroy Landsdown for sure. Especially the olive one... so tempting, one of the most beautiful jackets EG ever made in my opinion.

I ended up buying the most ridiculous shirt ever conceived. It's really heavy flannel, almost gummy to the touch. Like your favorite snuggie pajama.

Oh baby.

Going there sometime next week. What did their selection look like?
