As I'm usually buying my EG by fabric rather than "model", I was wondering which items will be available this season in Olive Reverse Sateen and Ripstop. So far I compiled:

NYCO Ripstop
  • Field Parka (Olive, Khaki, Navy)

Olive Reverse Sateen
  • Shawl collar jacket
  • Desert Pant
  • Type 7 Pant
  • USN Pant
  • Painter Pant

Did I miss anything? I'd like to see some pants turn up in Ripstop but it's unlikely for the Winter season...

I received my olive shawl collar shirt jacket yesterday from Gary at Drinkwater's! The details on this piece are so awesome, and the fit works great for me! I'm super stoked! Thanks Gary!

can you describe the fit relative to the rest of the EG line? That is one piece I'm strongly considering this season but haven't had a chance to even see measurements on them yet to judge.

While I haven't tried on a ton of outerwear pieces by EG, I'd say that the fit is pretty on par. It's not super slouchy, in fact I'd say it's a bit more fitted in the chest, shoulders, and arms than other shirt jackets I've tried by EG. The length is also on the shorter side, making a great piece to layer with a button down shirt underneath. If you have any more specific questions, let me know.
