I don't own the willy post trousers, but I have tried them on a few times. I just never cared for the fit and the way the pleats looked with the top block. They are not cropped on me though. Cotton Dockers has posted a few fit pics and I think he wears them well.

I love 'em, but you are slimmer than me so it's possible there could be too much room in the thigh/seat area (I recall @mbaum perhaps mentioning this?). Personally, I don't find that much difference between the fit on these and similarly sized fatigues.

Can't say I've handled the scarf but we have that clothl in the Work Shirt and it's pretty substantial. The hand is soft like flannel. I think it will hold up quite well in that cloth.

That sounds perfect. I like flannel, though I also like rougher textures, like a miltary twill.

anyone experienced this winter's cinch pants? are they the same length (inseam) as the ss16 version? would love it if they lengthened them an inch or so...

Can't say i have noticed any difference in length in this seasons Cinch pants than the previous season.
If anything they are a tad slimmer below the knee.

Any comment on how well the new Field Parka's hold up to some rain? I know it's just cotton and isn't coated, but given that it has a hoodie, i'd assume it should offer some sort of protection?

love the button down shirts...there's also a special freaks store workaday corduroy shop coat for the japanese market...i think @Cotton Dockers & @Gerry Nelson need it to go full corduroy!
