Anyone tried sizing down on the Madison Parka? Advice from The Bureau says to size down but I'm not totally convinced. Bigger sizes are sold out in the fabrics I like anyway so have taken a punt on the M. Fingers crossed.

I think you can easily size down if you're not layering too much under it.

Should be plenty room to layer just hoping it doesn't throw off the shape too much. I can generally size down on some of the bigger pieces but every once in while it throws everything off and looks stupid. Last years Loiter being case in point.

Just in case some people don't follow the BST thread, I'm looking for a size L Loiter or Andover in the tan/green gun club from last winter.

I wear a small in the Madison and a med in all the other EG outerwear I own - the Madison seems a lot more oversized if that makes sense

I just got my madison parka and I am very glad I sized down. It's huge.

Anyone have a chance to try the new field parka? I’m interested and I’m thinking about tts vs sizing down. M vs L

It's getting real easy to stop buying EG now that a 100% cotton work shirt has somehow increased to $428 CAD MSRP

I was really surprised/disappointed in this one as well. Would have been an insta buy for me at standard workshirt prices but $300+ USD seems a little absurd.
