So Bills website is closed as of Monday with future product suggested as soon as February 2016.

From my experience, they shipped many items at liquidation prices 76-80%. Did not get that last blast of product though.

I emailed and got a call back on Tuesday 1-5, person said just 2 of them left in the building and they have to be out by 1-15-16.

The charges for my pants and shoes showed back up on my account on Tuesday. Received the Rancourts yesterday. Hoping to get the pants today.

Has anybody else found the Rancourts by Bill's to fit small? I've never had camp mocs before (and certainly not in Buffalo), so I'm just trying to figure out if they're made snug with the expectation that they'll stretch.

Bill's website is back up with solid discounts, 50% off + I assume still liquidating pre - PE goods.

Several items are now on the site that were not offered during the previous selldown, particularly some Donegals and Cavalry Twills.

That was the "m.o." of the liquidation when the ordered item was not in stock. They did not answer emails and to call in, you had to sit on hold for an hour then, maybe you would speak to one of the 2-3 people handling the sell off.

This website re- launch probably suggests you can reach the new group.

Would love a 20% "we are sorry!" coupon. Let us know if you find that sort of apology? IMO, They kind of owe that to many upset buyers but who knows, new leadership is in place now.

Got through today and was treated very well.

Waited 50 minutes and gave up earlier, then got a human after about 10 minutes early afternoon.

Yes thanks, tried it on clearance of course no-good.

That's good to know. They show in stock the pants that I ordered but never received. I wonder if they will honor the price if I call them.

"They never had a model that fit me.
I guess that I was born with an Incotex butt."

My comments in December. I just checked the site and learned that they
have (had) a trim fit line- which would probably fit me. There are a few items
of interest. Is it worth the risk ,given the travails recounted in this thread?

The main fear for me had been that they would charge a card and then disappear. Did not happen. But a number of times, I have ordered and not received an item. Still not completely confident in the website, but if you can sit on hold and get through to CS, they know what is in stock.

They have 2 trim fit option, model 3 and model 4, risk here is that the highly discounted items are not returnable.
-I wear a 36x36 in 2 pairs of Incotex I bought after your initial post. They fit me similar to model 2 . Thank you for that mention.

I would suggest you try the trim fit model 3, but for me, I go up a waist size in M3.

    Thanks for the info.
So, the M3 runs small in the waist, correct?

In an M3, I upsize to gain a little extra room everywhere. The waist may be same but I'm maybe cheating to squeeze into slim fit. :)

    Hi,

    Is Bills back?

It looks like they are pushing stuff from the spring of 2015.

For instance, they have nothing in Original Twill M2 British Khaki?

Are they planning on restocking these sizes?

I didn't see anything in original twill spring colors.

If the answer is no, then this is just another way of dumping their stuff.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I just ordered two pairs trim fit jeans on sale.
I called and only used the website as a reference
because it doesn't exactly reflect availability. Surprisingly,
CS picked-up in about 2 minutes. According to the Sales
Rep, the firm has been purchased and moved to a new
location. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. The jeans
    are returnable for refund.

Do you know if they are making new goods or just dumping old things?

Their spring line that is currently up is the same as last year and they have missing or no goods in many standard khaki pants.

Their new address is in CT where NEJ is located. They specialize in ridding companies of excess items.

I think we may be naive to think Bills will exist in the next season.

This may be just part 2 of dumping their stuff.

Unless they start getting better sizes, then this is just part 2 of the long goodbye.

    Everyone can only speculate.

I speculated that quality will go down even as the private equity firm cranks up to expand the brand in new markets.

So, I stalked the liquidation and built a serious collection of products made before the private equity firm took over (at Dockers sale prices).

The real Bills is gone. But the PE firm is unlikely to leave Bills by the wayside after investing in the brand.

Placed an order with Bills using my CC.

I looked at my charges today and there is nothing there.

I wonder if this order was cancelled due to not having my size.

I may be writing off Bills completely.

Personally I feel as though they are just messing with us.

Unless I see no goods, then this is just shopping for last years goods at full price.

The real Bills is indeed gone. The new owners can do whatever the hell they want with their asset to make a new business: use old suppliers and styles, completely new suppliers and styles, or any mix in between. Or pack it in completely. They fired everybody, so now they are in the position of starting a clothing manufacturer and seller almost from scratch. That's a tall order.

Just noting in case anyone is still interested, liquidation of real Bills product (manufactured before the buyout) continues -- but sizes are dwindling fast.

The latest deal is an additional 50% discount on all 50% discounted clearance product. (net 75% discount, clearance50 is the coupon code)

Still slow response, no response to emails or voicemails. Long hold times to actually speak to CS are predicted.

Their woolens at 75% discount are great, almost comical Dockers discount pricing for truly better grade of product. If they have Donegals in your size, buy em :) this is better pricing than they offered on the Donegals during any previous sales.

This note is on the clearance page right now, was not there yesterday:
