Embroidered critters on ties, and others

The critter tradition is closely tied to the maritime culture of New England, hence the sea creatures and hunting animals like the dog and duck.

For the poll, I thought about including horseshoes, golf stuff, but then would about emblems like crests? I decided to draw the line at actual critters.

In my opinion, the greatest critter is the whale, and the greatest depiction of a whale is the hard-to-find whale with a water spout. I actually designed the whale myself for my whale tie.

All of you that voted for seahorse, do you find it odd that unlike the other critters, it is not found in New England? Seahorses are warm water creatures.
