Is anyone familiar with Electric Scooters? Not those that look like bicycles, but the ones that look like Vespas or Yamaha/Hondas. Can anyone share their insight on this?

I was thinking about these. They have a range of about 40 miles, I understand and go 30mph. I wonder what the kilowatt-whatever cost is per mile?

Sorry, i have nothing to contribute, I just want more info like you.

No apologies necessary. I've been trying to do some online research on this but everything's quite hazy for me.

Yamaha Jog type scoots are cheap enough, no?

There's a guy in a wheelchair-type electric scooter that drives around our neighborhood. I'll ask him what mileage he gets next time I see him.
