Elastane in business shirts

Hi all,

Can you recommend some brands that make high quality business/dress shirts with a few percent elastane in them?

Currently, my favorite shirt is by Patrizia Pepe and it has 3% elastane. I very much like that it's snug around the waist and thus has an athletic look to it.

I want to get some more shirts like that. Do you know some good brands?

Alternatively I was thinking about getting them tailor-made somewhere in Asia (still with a bit of elastane). If you also know some good tailors who would be able to do that, I would be very grateful.

Have you considered darting instead? It's a cheap alteration, and would allow you to buy nicer quality shirts.
