Eiffel Tower Jeans?

Are these those Eiffel Tower jeans that we were all dissing a few months ago? I guess anything looks good on a hot girl.

That picture is from the Sartorialist website. The girl is beautiful, and she'd still look good wearing a garbage bag. Those jeans, however, look rediculous.

Is cheap monday the only people making jeans that high or are their other brave(stupid) souls out there? I don't even care though with that picture. My eye doesn't even glance beyond the neck. I honestly don't care what she wears.

I think she looks pretty hot - that's why I started the thread. Those jeans could look really bad, but I think she pulls them off in the context of her outfit. The fact that she's impossibly adorable doesn't hurt.

Sartorialist posted a pic last spring of a girl in Balenciagia jean-ish trousers that approached that height, but weren't as high as the cheap mondays.

The girl in the eiffel towers pulls them off pretty well, IMHO. I think the key is having a totally columnar, dancer/model frame. The jacket helps; they might be too much without it. The girl in Balenciaga has maybe too much hip for her pants (and she's pretty thin).
