There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Hey Guys, looking at purchasing a C Coat in a size 52 as it is advertised as a size Large. I have never purchased anything from Eidos but I really like this Jacket. I typically wear a size large/50 in almost everything I own... (Gitman, Junya, Margiela, etc). Does their 52 actually fit like a large? I'm 6'3 and 180 for reference. Wish there was measurements for the item as I'd be more comfortable purchasing.

You are 6'3" 180 and you normally wear a 50? In what brand?

I don't own too many brands that use euro sizing. Margiela Suit in a 50. All my Geller I own is in a 50 too. I'm pretty skinny.

Remember that shoulder width can affect these measurements a lot.

Also, 50 can be a US 38 or 40, depending upon who is making/measuring.

    At 6'3" and 215 lbs, I'm a 52 in some cuts, 54 in others.

In Eidos (and most Italian brands I know) size EU50 equates to M, EU52 to L, etc. FWIW, I am 6'3" and change, 185 lbs, wear EU50L for our tailoring and the 52 fit me best here.

Err, I also happen to be 6'3 and hover at 180 (maybe more importantly, a ~41 chest) and I'm EU50 in Isaia, Boglioli (most fits), Caruso, Belvest, and Zegna mainline all day long. I only have one Eidos jacket and that's in a 50 too albeit barely. Can't do RLBL though.

Until you realize that no alpha sizing will fit you, almost nobody makes knits or 40/41 shirts with long enough sleeves, etc...

That said, it has it's positives, it's just that OTR - especially post SF awareness - isn't one of them...

Agreed - I'm 6'1 and it already stinks that I've had to rule out makers like Camoshita and Barba whose jackets will always be too short for me.

Being 6'8", about 90% of the stuff I can rule out just on length. Rough stuff.

Also to chime into the height/weight conversation. 6'4" 180, and I wear a 50 in almost every Italian brand.
