Yes sir, it is the DB ,i was also thinking about tan trousers, what shoes would you wear? ?
I also have the same jacket and wear it with any shade of brown as well as dark green in the shoe department. Dark, dark browns can look a little disjointed if you are wearing a lighter trouser, but anything from tan to mid brown works wonderfully.

EDIT: Also don't forget about ecru or "oatmeal" trousers. I wear mine with the oatmeal linen Sal trousers from NMWA's last summer collection all the time.

Agree with FLW on the brown shoes (no experience with green shoes myself). When I'm wearing the jacket with lighter colored pants, dark and polo brown suede works.

just got word that Coachman in Knoxville received their Eidos stuff this morning (not sure if it's all or just some).

Short-sleeve lupos (not-quite-navy blue, light gray and white), a chambray very similar to this past season's at places like Bloomies or Haberdash, a light blue horizontal stripe linen sport shirt, band-collar navy popover, and flecked donegal trousers are what he mentioned.

Any tips for washing the lupos [or detergent recommendations...I think this could be my issue] to avoid fading the fabric? I lost some color on my navy one [mainly along the edges / seams by shoulder / placket / etc.] following the tag instructions, so I've been avoiding wearing them.

just hang dry. try woolite for darks in gentle cycle. these shirts are going to fade. fact of life. dont not wear because youre afraid they will. gives you a reason to get more later on.

Hahah - all our polos are pigment dyed so that they fade with each wash....its deliberate!

Haha - okay. I'll take the plunge. I actually like the way it faded on the navy one a bit, but I guess I just had the concern that I'd have a grey shirt after a few wears.
