Are you sure they don't? I am pretty sure one of the branches do as recall hearing about them having Eidos ties in the shop from a fellow forum member. I might be wrong though

Henry Bucks is bringing Eidos in for Australia's upcoming spring season across all catagories. Model wise, they either bought the tipo or the tenero - I dont remember off hand.

Are they stocking long fittings or just regular?

How does the hemp wear/feel? I've never handled a cloth with it.

My formosa which is also hemp has a linen like feel to it but isn't as stiff or crunchy. Definitely a lot softer of a hand. I highly recommend it. Wears like linen but drapes a bit better

Super soft hand, despite the texture. It doesn't wrinkle quite as much as linen, but it does to a certain degree—presumably the wool evens that quality out. So, for example, after a few hours' wear, the sleeves start to slightly shorten themselves like they do with linen—but after you hang it up, they've mostly fallen out overnight. It drapes well, too.

Antonio, when are those eidos x kimber unlined suede cross loafers going on sale? They look awesome.

As you can see from the pics, there is a roughness to the texture of the fabric, but it has a soft hand. Wrinkles a bit, not as much as linen. Wears a little hotter than linen, too.

Any members own both the Tenero and the Tipo? I know the former is a touch shorter (1cm? for 48R). But I'm curious more about shoulders, lapel and button stance.

Side by side pics would be helpful if they exist.

I have a few Tipos and one Tenero, all in a 54R. Unfortunately I can't help too much at the moment since my Tenero is at the tailors to get working cuffs. Also, my Tenero is a DB so I can't really compare the lapel and button stance.

The Tenero is definitely a pinch shorter, and feels slimmer throughout the body and the sleeves. The shoulders are also noticeably narrower than they are on my Tipos, but not by much.

    X-post from the WAYWRN thread:

Wore this Eidos suit/shirt recently, both from SS15. Haven't seen too many places stock the shirt but it's really great. Ultralightweight textured cotton, it's become by go-to summer white dress shirt.

Looks like albini dress chambray. That is the ultimate white shirt in my opinion.
