Long shot, but does anyone know if anywhere has these in stock in a 36/52? I bought the blue and beige pairs and I love them and feel like I need the green to catch em all...

Marc Etlin strikes again (helpful source for Eidos at Bloomingdale's). Some nice offers on Eidos ties worth checking out. Thought I would take the plunge and try the cotton glen plaids. They have a blue and a brown version in the store (brown on-line).

Edit: I ended up getting both as there are certain fits I can imagine them with (blue glen plaid with green and white, I think and brown with blue and pink)...tan and grey SCs with the blue, blue and tan SCs with the brown. Will post when I get them.

Was watching Hannibal last night and got taken out of it when the man himself was wearing what could be an Eidos suit:

It looks a lot like this Eidos suit on ebay, from the fabric/chalkstripes/DB/front darts. The pattern matching on the lapels is a bit different. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/NWT-Eidos-Na...453?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4198e03bd5

I assume there is a strong chance it's not Eidos, but I thought it was cool. [IMG]

Could be, but I believe Garrison Bespoke in Toronto does the suits for that show.

That was true for the first two seasons, but his style and location have both changed accordingly for season 3. It has been much more European.

What a great show. Hannibal dresses very well, except for his tie knot. What a disaster that tie knot is.

That suit is not an Eidos suit. The Eidos suit you linked to has a Barchetta (boat) pocket. The one he is wearing is cut straight across.

These are my first Eidos ties. They are four fold ties with a nice solid drape, all cotton. The only concern I have is with the wrinkling so we'll see about that. Otherwise, I quite like them. Pics aren't so great, but you get the picture.

One is brown with a teal-ish undertone and pink overcheck. Quite nice for summer without being overpowering (e.g. teal/pink). The other is more of a slate blue with a greenish/yellow overcheck. (roughly). Again quite nice.

The brown might still be available on-line. The blue I got with the help of Marc Etlin. They are nice summer ties, a classic with a twist, sort of what you expect from Eidos.

Sorry about the scraggly goatee. My better half actually wants me to keep it!

Just received my basket weave shawl cardigan but I'm wondering if it's too big. I ordered a large. The only other piece of Eidos I have is the field jacket and it fits perfectly in a 50. My chest is 40". Thoughts?

Think just the sleeves are little long. Everything else is ok.

Was wondering if I'm better off with a 40 or 42 in the Tipo/Nero (I believe the latter is just the tipo but 1.5cm shorter) but I'm having a hard time finding measurements online. Can anybody provide them? I called CSC because they carry these cuts but they don't keep measurements on file apparently.
I'm 5'10", 170, with a 41ish" chest. My best fitting jacket is probably the Suit Supply Havana in 40R, with the following measurements:

    Chest 43.3"
    Shoulder: 18.1"
    Waist: 39"
Length: 29.9" (wouldn't mind it being a half inch longer)

    Thanks in advance!
