Hey guys, new to this thread but thought I would jump in. I live about two blocks away from the SF Bloomingdales so I've had several opportunities to pop in and check things out. Here's what I know:

    1. Yes, it's all great stuff. My favorites are the navy hopsack and the guncheck sportcoats.
    2. Yes, it was 40% off two weeks ago.
    3. Yes, there is a pretty full range of sizes, including down to 46 IT (although many sizes are becoming scarce in some models due to #2)

Also, I spoke with an SA there and he said that the 40% off sale would happen again tomorrow, and go through Sunday. I'll post tomorrow with more info and some pictures.

(btw, super excited about the NMWA Lorenzo models dropping F/W.)

I won't promise anything, but I'll consider it. PM me and we'll talk.

There was a considerable amount of Eidos at the Isaia sample sale. I grabbed an overcoat. I will head back tomorrow, too bad they didn't have any longs.

    Any polos? Large? :slayer:

Also, does anyone know measurements for suit pants? Or the drop?

I was there yesterday, they had a lot of stuff, I did see Polos, buy wasn't really looking. I usually use this sale to grab outerwear.

I second that. If you happen to find any of those one button placket polos in size L, I'm sure you could flip them on the forum.

I'm now doing one jacket proxy from the SF Bloomingdales tomorrow, so I can probably do one or two more. PM me if you're interested. Polo selection was a little thin, at least compared to suits and sportcoats. Navy hopsack was available from 48S-50L IT I think, and most of the other models had a bit more stock.

    I believe it includes everything.

I'm all full for proxys, but I thought I would post some quick pictures of the stuff. For more info, you can check the post on my blog.

Some of the S/S sportcoats, with suits on the wall:

Here's me in a Zegna wool/linen SC. Not the best picture, but I'd say that they fit very TTS. This is a 46R IT, my usual size. It's a great SC with a great fit. Antonio did a wonderful job making it fairly classically proportioned but very appealing, all at a great price. Looking forward to seeing more on the Lorenzo model.

I will probably go by after work to take a look, but there is a lot out there right now in this price range. I'm looking at a Boglioli suit and an Ovadia and Sons 3-piece for under $1K each.

    excellent work.

did you get any photos of the suits in detail ?

    jacket fits you quite well.

i noticed in your tumblr that you were concerned the gorge wasn't low enough, but i think on your frame in that size, the balance is spot on (and this is coming from someone who hates a high buttoning point).

    justin,

barring the holding camera stance, it seems instinctually, to look really good on you.

unless you can get better photos for us to decide for certain
