@Murlsquirl how's your pocket square collection coming along? For some reason I can't quite place, green and brown jackets exceed blue and navy in bringing the best out of some of the most beautiful pocket square colors (rust, gold, purple). That jacket's all the excuse you need to bring in more color if you're feeling so inclined.

I was gifted a couple recently...doubling my total. One rust and one red/navy/green....Drakes and Calbrese, I think. I will wear them to events and such, but they still won't be a daily thing for me. I agree with your thoughts on this jacket though, it will beg for a good PS.

You better post pics. A Lorenzo in that fabric sounds phenomenal.

Will do.

Hi Antonio,

can you tell us where the SS15 Hunting Jacket will be available online?

Thanks

We didn't make the maremanna for spring 15. It comes back into the fray for fall 15.

So I went to Martin Patrick 3 to check out their Eidos collection today after reading the above post and getting the store name from Antonio. He's not kidding, MP3 indeed has a very nice collection of Eidos (the store is really cool to boot). Lots of nice SCs and shirts. Even had a couple of the legendary brown linen glenplaid field jackets that sold out in about 2 nanoseconds at NMWA (in my size too, but I already lucked into the navy hemp version so didn't pick it up).

I came away with this bad boy even though I'm not entirely sure when and how I will wear it (other than visiting Hawaii):
700

Good to know there's a good source to see Eidos in person in MN.

MP3 is amazing and that shirt is so very dear to my heart for a variety of reasons. I created that print from artwork off of an old kid's tourist T-shirt that my parents got for my brother in the 70s when they went to visit our family there (its where my great grandmother is from). Secondly, the shirt model is based on the single greatest beach shirt of all time:

700

Thus the name - the Dickie shirt.

I've been trying to find an online stockist of the other dickie shirt you did, Antonio. I haven't seen it yet, any help?

+1, I'm also looking for that vertical striped Dickie.

I know that the Simplifiers video was posted a few pages back, but I just came across the full interview they did with Antonio. Good read.

As someone who has interviewed Antonio, I have to say, not only is he a great designer and model, he's a great interview. Which is a big relief once you've spent a lot of Pitti going from booth to booth trying to find someone who can say anything insightful or informative about the product they're standing in front of.

Interest check: I ordered a size 50 Casentino bomber from CSC - blue with some nice brown buttons and great textured fabric.

Since it arrived while it was still freezing cold in Boston I didn't really try it on for a bit, and now I've discovered they sent me the wrong size (52). It's a great bomber but too big is too big.

If anyone is interested send me a PM - I'll wait a day or two and then I'll either contact CSC or list it on eBay or B&S here.

@charliechan I wouldn't wear that shirt with anything outside of shorts or swim trunks.
