First and foremost. The Sky blue polo I just received from haberdashmen, just as the white one I have from Bloomies is incredible. I`ll try to post pics on here and definitely on my instagam. And once putting it on, I got used to the newly mitred placket versus the horizontal line version (which I indeed still love as well, but was just used to given that it was used first)

Second, the new inventory that haberdashmen just received from you guys is crazy. I'm not a huge fan of contrast collars but those look cool especially with the Lupo. And the olive green Lupo is just, oh gosh.

The idea for the contrast collar was to try to make it feel like an italian rugby shirt!

I'm guessing the woven lupos fit a bit looser than the regular polos to account for lack of stretch in the fabric? The regular lupo in XL is pretty damn snug on my arms/shoulders, an identical shirt in a woven fabric would be much too slim for me.

Just finished paying my Bloomie's credit card. It went on for a couple of pages and it read Eidos, Eidos, Eidos, Eidos, Eidos, Drakes, Eidos, Eidos, Eidos, Drakes, Eidos, Eidos.

Also filled out their online survey and put a good word in for Eidos.

    Keep feeding the beast.

So I went to Martin Patrick 3 to check out their Eidos collection today after reading the above post and getting the store name from Antonio. He's not kidding, MP3 indeed has a very nice collection of Eidos (the store is really cool to boot). Lots of nice SCs and shirts. Even had a couple of the legendary brown linen glenplaid field jackets that sold out in about 2 nanoseconds at NMWA (in my size too, but I already lucked into the navy hemp version so didn't pick it up).

I came away with this bad boy even though I'm not entirely sure when and how I will wear it (other than visiting Hawaii):

Good to know there's a good source to see Eidos in person in MN.

That's what it reminded me of when I saw it. I know traditional rugby shirts might not be in styleforum vogue, but I always had a soft spot for them.

No, but I don't really remember what it is. Pretty sure it's a 90/10 virgin wool/cashmere.

You better post pics. A Lorenzo in that fabric sounds phenomenal.

@Murlsquirl how's your pocket square collection coming along? For some reason I can't quite place, green and brown jackets exceed blue and navy in bringing the best out of some of the most beautiful pocket square colors (rust, gold, purple). That jacket's all the excuse you need to bring in more color if you're feeling so inclined.
