I might need to stop by mr sids and check out spring drops.

Btw, for the New Yorkers, I checked out the 59th street bloomingdales events. Antonio will be there on March 12th for fittings.

Small, but growing selection of Eidos at Sids. More S/S stuff still to arrive

Their website is simply horrendous, haha. Borderline rivals some old Geocities pages I remember.

How did you like the store overall? I never get over to Newton.

Worth a visit on a Saturday - only 15-20 minutes from downtown. Good lunch options in Newton center.

Their full prices are a bit high, but best selection in Boston area IMO. Sales guys are on commission, so can be a bit pushy at times.

Decor is nice and high end. Top level is clothing with Isaia, corneliani, shoes from Harry's of London, and Fratelli Rosetti.

There's a barbershop downstairs. They also have a nice espresso machine and a small bar. I assume it is for their regular high spenders. I picked up an eidos shirt and a scarf last time I was in. The associates are nice enough. One of the better menswear store in Massachusetts.

Thanks, guys. Louis Boston came to mind for me as the top high end boutique store but it sounds like this place is one the same level, so I'm sure I will go over and check it out at some point.

Very different vibe. More classic at Sids and wider range of options. Peter Millar to Brioni....

I'll get it in the mail tomorrow. You need tracking?

Second thought, you may need an XL. I sized up to a large for length.

Um, seriously though, is that Cardigan available online somewhere, or will it be? I've been waiting for that thing since the SS 15 lookbook came out (or since I first saw it).

What is Sids? Can you order online from them? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, I prefer tracking and MSRP insurance. Thanks!

Lots of F/W suits and sportscoats still left at Bloomies NYC. Primarily sizes EU48 and EU50. I wish I wore suits more often.

By my calculation, two-piece suits wee $470, a three-piece flannel suit was $565. Bloomies is running a Loyallist promotion that earns rewards cards for purchases. If allowed to apply rewards on these purchases, prices drop to $420 and $465, respectively.
