EG dark oak vs antique dark oak?

No difference. EG's coloration is hand-finished and there is variation from one shoe to another and within the shoe itself. The darks and lights are what the term 'antique' refers to. Some pairs will have more variation, or 'antiquing', applied in the finishing.

You can also specify the amount of color variation throughout the shoe by requesting light, medium or heavy antiquing.
