How do other EG lasts compare with the 666 (especially the 888)? I'm looking for EG's tightest lasts. Thanks.

The Damian model works really well with that last. [IMG]

    Yeah, I know.

I repeatedly asked the salesman if it was really the "666" last and he said yes.

They fit my hoofed feet well though. [IMG]

Well, if there's a 666 it's news to me. An omen of sorts.

The only last I know of that begins with 6 is the 606. There are also the 65 and 61, but they are loafer lasts.

The 808 last is narrower than the 888, and still has some of the 888's chiseled toe. It works well for my relatively narrow feet.

The Saks salesman said it was a new last and a new model: the Russell in the 666. I didn't get a chance to speak with the EG rep (Hillary?) as I had to get back to work.

Dammit, I'm always too late for these things! Ah, well, at least someone said it.

Which of EG's lasts work best for flat feet? I really like the look of the 82.

Although you can never go wrong with Edward Green, its all about the 202 last.

I'll be at Sky Valet today probably; I'll just ask and report back.
