Does anyone have an idea of the EG sale shoes in UK sizes 6, 6.5 and 7? Would greatly appreciate the information.

Just got off the phone with the folks at Edward Green. Basically, the sale that starts today is only for walk-ins to their Jermyn Street store. Over the next ten days they are working on aggregating the sale shoe list in their Northampton outlet and will be sending out the sale lists once this exercise is completed.

If there is a specific shoe you are looking for, you may be able to get it sent to you from the Jermyn Street store today but the selection is very limited, it will be more extensive from the outlet store. Prices were 480 pounds, didnt ask but I would imagine that includes VAT.

Would you have the EG number? I have been trying +44 20 7839 0202 and there is no answer- it keeps ringing!

By the way, this is the first time we've heard of a Northampton outlet running the sale. Do we expect the same quality or will these be "sale quality" Edward Greens?

I think the shoes on offer at the EG sales are always a mix between factory seconds and what's languishing on the shelves at the shop.

It's £440 for shoes (£375 for a small selection) and £480 for boots.

According to the labels on the ones I looked at today in the shop, around £640-660. Balmoral boots circa £700.

Most sale shoes are £440, as others have posted, a few at £375. There's some good stuff in there, though, as ever, more of the less popular styles and colours than on non-sale days.
