1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

The (in)famous Dover, probably Edward Green's most iconic model due to the handsewn (with a boar's bristle) split toe. In this case, on the classic rounded 202 last with a double leather sole, and with 'Dark Oak' uppers.

UK 11 / US 11.5 in the 'F' with, so slightly wider than EG's standard 'E' width.

Generally good condition - a little patina, a slight scuff on the underside of one toebox (pictured) and with some slight delamination of the sole layers (I've had multiple pairs do this - EG have advised it's not an issue). Overall they are in good shape, with plenty of life left in the soles and a lifetime left in the uppers if you take care of them.

Direct from Edward Green these are £885 and there is often a wait. I'm asking £150 plus shipping at cost (worldwide) from London.

Finally a true "grail " and you didn't use even the poor word almost diluted from steroidal marketing.
