I’ve always just used neutral cream every now and then on mine and they are still going strong after 5 years.Any recommendations on how to polish and maintain a pair of Galways in Rosewood CC?
Is it any different because of the grain leather?

Sadly I don’t have anything in Zug leather. I may have to remedy that. How about Zug leather?
From my experience since the valleys and peaks are different colours it's very easy to get polish caught in the grain. Happened to my grey country calf. Would probably err on matching the darker colour than the lighter. Or neutral.Any recommendations on how to polish and maintain a pair of Galways in Rosewood CC?

Bick4 or VSC if you want a slight shine is all it seems to need. How about Zug leather?
