Shannon... in shell... nope... must resist...
Personally, after owning 2-3 shell balmoral boots, I really prefer them in calf as I perceive shell to dress it down a fair amount.

Pardon me for interrupting your shell cordovan love affair but I was wondering how come there no love for 808 last here on Edward Green thread.
Looks great in that pic. I haven't seen much talk of it here. I guess that is why you mentioned it....
There are only a couple of models available on this last, most notably Walcot in edwardian, burgundy and black. I just do not see many people buying it.
