I personally don't although I know others have expressed tightness around the toebox.

Thanks D, I tried a pair on but it's been awhile so I figured I'd ask.

I find the 82 is slimmer in the toe box, but I take the same size.

I'm thinking the same size at this point as well. I'm thinking it's about time to get one of the first EG shoes that I liked from the get go.

I'm 90% sure i'm going to place an order for the Edward Green Nevis in a month or two.
    I'm thinking Dark Oak
    Dainite flat welt
    Medium/Heavy burnishing toes and heels
    Blind eyelits
Anyone have any suggestions for the color of the lining? Or any other suggestions?

^^^ That all sounds pretty sweet to me. I'm generally not one for festive linings, but they're your boots, get 'em your way.

Personally I'd possibly consider the G&G Thorpe as well and I would probably go with CC for the leather on this boot.

Not if he's looking for medium-dark brown. And fit is not the same between the two in standard E width. But that Thorpe is all kinds of awesome and I would probably have bought it if it fit me better.

I really like the Thorpe, but its more 'hardcore' and the Nevis is 'sharp'. I want boots i can wear in the office
