    @RogerP

    Those are pristine. And the break on those trousers look f*cking majestic. I'm a sucker for a perfect break.

    I saw the first photo then scratched my head, "Is he roommates with @NAMOR ? Those tiles look familiar." Then I saw who had posted the same boots...

    How long have you had these? The creasing is almost non existent. The fit must be good. I think you hit the jackpot with those shoes.

    Thank you!

    Just had alterations done to the trousers - tapered and slightly shortened. - thanks.
    Cheers. I've had them for a bit over a year. The get a rest in the summer, but see regular three-season wear. They have held up exceptionally well. I have a lot of quality boots (well, not by @NAMOR standards[IMG] ) but these are my faves. Not bad at all for POS Goodyear welted junk, I'd say. [IMG]

    Hi, I was wondering how you subscribes to the EG mailing list, where did you find a link or info? Cause there is nothing on their website about neslwetters...

    I'm kind of amazed that I have but two pairs of Galways. I expect that will change down the road.

    I was added after purchases shoes from Jermyn St. I'm sure you can call or e-mail them and ask to be included.

    @dddrees Thanks for asking about the watch for the mrs. Been busy with work but I'll be looking into it. Winter is rough for me. Our anniversary, Christmas, New Years (which is a big holiday in her culture), and her birthday are within a couple of months so budgeting rough.

    For better or worse, I think my Shannons and Galways from SkoAB are also due around then!

    Has anyone ordered EG from Brooks Brothers since it changed the sizing description online? Are UK sizes really listed now?

    Standard one: dark oak/CC via SkoAB. I initially wanted to try to suede but it really won't be too much of a difference. Slowly consolidating my stuff but I still have way too many shoes.

    So jealous that you were able to go to the factory store. No more buying until after the first quarter of next year... I don't wear soles down enough anymore here in MI.

    i hear you brotha. i need this phase of my life to end so I can focus on other more productive endeavors/less expensive hobbies. id love to get banned from this site and never allowed to return. would be a blessing in disguise.

    yeah EG factory was nuts. I didnt have an appointment so i feel super lucky. when i arrived, i was escorted up to the second floor office where I got to see all the new makeups. quite office with several people scuffling from one desk to another. it was only a year after that I discovered the lady that led me upstairs was none other than hillary freeman. nuts. to make things even better, they had my size of the galway dark oak/cc in the factory shop. i felt like charlie in the edward green factory. i def recommend a day trip to northampton when in the london area. if you have limited time, i would even go as far to recommend bypassing jermyn street and visit northampton instead
