No Bespoken, I received an invoice from the shipper a week or 2 later.
Interesting why some would recieve an invoice from skoak and some wouldn't?
moo, was this usps? or did you upgrade to a speedier fedex or ups? that would explain it
it was all a dream...
I hear horror stories with the Galway and the suede shaft anyone have similar issues that the suede is coming off after lot of wear?

Where are you hearing this from, or have you actually seen any? The actual shaft itself falling off?
That is the first time I'm hearing this. I'm not sure how the suede would 'come off'. I can't imagine that area of the boot being subject to that much wear considering it's location. Do you mean wearing down or wearing through?

Skoaktiebolaget shipped them using TNT, but UPS delivered them here. The extended ship time though has turned me off of Skoaktiebolaget for future orders. Other dealers have a much quicker delivery time. Leffot-1 day; Leathersoul and Leatherfoot -2 days; and as I said before both Fosters and Cleverley had them delivered next day via Fed Ex.
I have a pair of 4 year old Shannons w/ a suede shaft, and a pair of 2 year old Galways w/ suede shaft, and have not seen this as an issue with either pair of boots.
Sorry to hear that you had issues, and I can see why from your perspective you might want to go elsewhere.
