If this is close to the finished product then they could do a lot better.

Welcome Hoit :) I am glad you are joining the party. Yes definatelly go a half a size up from your 341 last so you would be 12.5 E in Nevis 606 last. I went a half a size up too over my 341 last.

Yeah, and they plan to add a proper webshop on the new site as well.

Some other interesting EG-news, is that they are in the test process of making Top Drawer shoes on bespoke lasts. It's like full bespoke with measurements taken and personal last made at Springline, test shoes, fitting and everything, but the shoes are made on the factory line to Top Drawer standard. Apparently they have made a couple of shoes for some customers this way now, and are going to test it a bit more. It will only be available to order in the Jermyn Street store, and in personal appointments at trunk shows, as it looks. They are not sure about pricing yet, but could be up around £2500. Quite interesting however, I must say, even if the piece should end up pretty high.

Picked up an old pair of Willow Calf off B&S, very unique texture. Interesting to see Edward Green made about 50k shoes since this pair was made

The model is different because it was made special for Asprey. Brown or dark oak willow indeed.

Is it possible to burnish this type of boarded calf? I am curious because I like this shade, but it's not as dark as plain old dark oak. Cheers.
