    First try:

Extremely soft and comfortable, no break-in is needed.
Now I confess - I was wrong saying earlier that 202 last is same narrow as 888, obviously I tried wrong size that time.

PS This is my usual UK9,5/10 the only difference is width D.

The E with is about 1/16 of an inch wider. Go up a half size for the perfect fit if all you can find is a D width.

quick sizing question as I am getting different answers:

    C&J Lindrick boot 7.5D
    Lobb 8000 7E
    Alden Barrie 7.5D or 7E

What is my EG 888 size?

i'm going to say 7.5E with a pretty good degree of certainty. i have alden barries and lobb 7000 and triangulated/reconciled my own sizes to get there.

    I'm a 11 in everything but 11.5 in 888.

What I meant was 7.5/8E (UK/US sizing). An EG "E," from my experience is nether US "D" nor "E," but rather somewhere in between.
