I think there really is not much of a discount to be made if you have someone proxy since I do not think you can have the VAT removed... which leaves the discount to be only around 10%. I think it's still more economical to go via Skoat when it comes to the net difference, right? PMac may be able to provide a ballpark amount of how much his Galways cost (of course if he does not mind).
