1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Someone mentioned in the GG thread they are dropping GC? Maybe that's just a rumour.

These are nice. While I have more dark oak models than bronze antique models, I really like bronze, perhaps just as much .....

    ^^^ Cheers.

I will likely sit tight for now with boots (save for my existing Carmina MTO) but will give the bronze option some thought for the fall. Come to think of it, a Nevis in burnished bronze would also rock pretty hard.

Agreed. As an aside, in my experience the Nevis fits slightly wider and slightly longer than its Dover shoe counterpart in the same size and on the same last.

I went TD and had a pair made in Bronze on the 888 last. At the time I had never seen a Bronze Galway anywhere online or at EG London or Paris.

LSH had some made in Bronze & Black country calf. See the following URL for details:
    http://leathersoulhawaii.com/2013/08/09/edward-green-galway-in-bronzeblack-country-calf-lsw/

Here are few quick and dirty comparison pics of my Bronze pair and my Dark Oak pair.
