1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

^ He has accepted offers on many items, but I know you have to at least go higher than $501 GBP to get them. [IMG]

Hah, got it! I too have got him to accept offers for shoe trees etc, but once I made some offers for a pair of C&J hand grades very close to the asked price, and they were all declined. In the end I pulled the trigger for the full price [IMG]

Oh please, don't… But as far as my calculation goes they're at least 100 pounds off at buy-it-now price, and Skoak don't seem to have any Galways in stock at the moment (luckily)...

But since it's considered one of their EG stock models you could order it without paying any MTO upcharges.

We are curious to know what you gentlemen think about the EG Shannon and Carmina's balmoral boot. Big difference? No difference?

^ Difference is like that between a BMW 5 series and a Lamborghini. Both are beautiful and I'd be pretty d@mned happy with either. The first is great, the second will blow your doors off. Visually, the difference between the shoes won't be nearly as great to most people (as opposed to with the cars). If you know what to look for, however, there is definitely a difference.

They both look great new, but with that style and suede/leather combo, I could do without the shell ripples. I also had a crush on a neighbor girl named Shannon growing up, so ignore my input.

Your description is very accurate in my opinion. Both are great but few will be able to see any differences. I know some gentlemen on Styleforum will be able to pick out differences immediately. [IMG]

I prefer the shaft length of the EG. A bit more proportionate to me

They are mine, listed for less here. Color is like axels photo indoors with minimal light, otherwise it's a pretty bright green
