I"ve trawled the internet in the past but also the shop will help you if you have an idea of roughly what you want - they can send you pictures of what they can offer.

You can do an online search. There are a few sites with photos of older models and I have seen pages from a heritage type catalog online. I got interested in the slip-on Wigmore shoe that way and did an MTO last month.

Is anyone else interested in the version of the Pimlico penny loafer coming this spring? I’m keen to see how the new last 125 fits. I like the shape.

You could do an online search and search for: "Edward Green last xxx"
Replace xxx with the following last numbers: 32, 33, 88, 201, 404, 505, 808

** These are just some of the older lasts of which I am aware, by no means am I suggesting that this is an exhaustive list.

Shell care day. It was a cloudy day, so all of the boots look slightly darker. From my limited experience EG shell is the most natural. Very little treatment is applied to the hide, as a result pores are more visible and the shell can appear dry at times (easy to address with a tiny amount of leather lotion like Bick 4).

It took me a while to fully embrace my shell Galway, but at this point it's probably my favorite along with a couple of my Thorpes.

Bonafe field boot in in Armagnac hatch grain, whiskey Galway and C&J harlech in whiskey

I want to give my shell Galways more love, but I have literally never owned a shoe more easy to scuff. The difference between it and Alden’s shell is night and day.

I haven't scuffed my shell EGs (yet) but agree Alden and C&J are easier to maintain. I really like the treatment Alden applies - it's very easy to bring out the shine with a little brushing.

On the other hand, you can see how well the Galway fits me from the almost complete lack of roll. I'm partial to 202 because of aesthetics, but 82 last is hear perfect for my feet.

What causes the deep creases of your EB in comparison to your EG?
