I was just told that they had been rejected because of damage to the leather. If i can ask, what were the issues with the pair you commissioned?

Is burnishing on the shoes done by yourself or factory? I have the same pair except on Dainite and the burnishing is kot so dark
My goodness that is horrible. I know nishant mentioned about QC being subjective but whatever QC was on duty that day was absent or dismissive. At the prices they are charging these days, they should be putting out almost perfects. The first time I was simply told that the factory had to remake my boots as there had been a problem. The second time once the remade boots reached the shop the shop told me there was a stain on one boot and sent me a photo. I decided to have them send them back for remaking again at the factory. Before that it wax the wrong soles put on two pairs, a small knick in the leather of one pair for which I accepted a 10% discount and failing to put lulus on a few pairs despite them being a part of the order. Each time the shop has been supportive hence I’m not too upset, just wondering what’s going on at the EG factory since I have not had these problems in the past.

Is this the best place to post EGs for sale?
I have used rosewood cc, walnut, and almond 10.5/11 E64 Galways that I’d have to think about selling
as far as new ones, I have:
10.5/11 72E Kentmere in dark green utah
10/10.5 202E Connemara in dealapre calf
10/10.5 82F Galway in brown Utah
10/10.5 64E Galway in Rosewood cc -
all are great, just mis-sized. Could probably do like $950ish but flexible.
thanks!
