Can anyone help me figure out a weird EG sizing issue? I'm unfortunately going to be listing my nearly-new bourbon shell Dukes for sale since they just aren't a good fit, and the sizing is liked as 10-10.5UK. This is on the box and the inside tongue. Is that a weird EG thing? Is it that the 10.5 is supposedly the US size? How would you guys recommend listing them?

Man, you are killin me! I just bought 3 new pairs of shoes and just can’t do this right now. Good luck, beautiful shoes.

Thanks, appreciate it. I sized down because I have narrow/flat feet and it was a mistake. I'm SO bummed.

The Galways in this thread never cease to amaze, and have me seriously contemplating a MTO pair. No doubt there are as many opinions as photos, but I'm curious: for those who have them, what is your favorite combination of material?

They look amazing. Is there a difference between the chestnut and gold? I only ask since EG specifies a similar color as gold on their website for the same shoe on 606.

I had a chat with my rep and asked that very question just the other day. Chestnut Utah is Gold Utah, Bourbon Crup is Whiskey Crup, just minor variations in nomenclature.

Afaik...To be semantic, bourbon and whiskey crup from Horween is not just simply a variation in nomenclature, but a variation in the screening process for the selection of the hides by Horween. Whiskey is the "purer" color, where the raw shells are selected for their clarity. The hides that have bruising, striations, and other irregularities are not screened out for Bourbon. The tannage and finishing is otherwise the same from the Tannery but the outcome for Bourbon is shells that display more color variation. Armagnac, a horween shade used a lot by Carmina is in the same boat but I'm not sure what the color analog is.
