606, like 202, has got the new resin lasts, I think. So that means a "normal" E fitting might now be a little too spacious. 11E fits me pretty well in both, but whichever model I was sampling sang more when I moved to 11D.

FWIW, I get a surprisingly awesome fit in the 11E 82. I am a little curious whether 32 has changed much-- I got a very good fit in 11E with that, once upon a time.

I touched base with Sid Mashburn and they have D widths and E widths in stock and free return shipping, so it sounds like that may be the easiest way for me to try out both sizes.

Indeed! Did you just get these in? I'm due to receive mine (mole suede?) later this week. Would love to see more pics when you get a chance.

And a picture from the weekend - my first suede EGs. What better than to get them as unlined dovers! (I’m at summer all year round). These are mink suede in 202 last.

The reverse split toe is less obvious than the leather version but the shoes are oh so comfortable.

Hey @mdubs ! They turned out fantastic, I hope you love them! Quick question, do they say ‘cognac’ or ‘whiskey’ cordovan on the box? The reason being is that they look very much like ‘whiskey’ from my experience, but was curious as to whether things have changed.

    Whiskey.

Thanks MrV! Hard not to love them!

I will have to check tomorrow morning. My dog is limping a little and is currently on my lap, so I can’t get up.

Don't you gents find the Navy/Blue Calf shoes a bit too fashion forward? They are one of the trickiest to team with as well, along with the Gray Calf shoes, imo.

It’s a bit fashion forward. But it fills a gap in my wardrobe. I think blue/navy shoes are much easier than grey shoes. They go with grey and cream pants.

Hey guys- whats the MTO markup for EG? Is it also the case that the fee is sometimes waived at trunk shows? I've been looking at possible either a snuff suede or chestnut dover on HAF soles to commission this winter for next SS.

    These are completely amazing.
