1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I am a Luddite about advanced social media.

As for the model, the Duke fits me very well. I had tried Piccadilly back when Wildsmith was re-badging EG, and it wasn't great on my feet. Not awful, but not worth a re-try.

Since it's nearing 80f (~27c) tomorrow I decided to brush off and reapply nano to these Nutmeg Suede Dover's I MTO'd last summer. Figured I would snap a quick pic while they air out.

I didn't have these shoes long before they developed a nasty squeak in the sole. Gave talcum a shot and that did nothing so I decided to reach out to EG via the contact email on their site and share a video of the squeak. Less than 24 hours later, I received a response apologizing for the issue and asking me to send them back to their London shop. I just received them (Ulswatters on 202) after a couple months with a complete resole. Pretty awesome service.

Nice Ullswaters! Thanks for sharing your story. It's good to know that EG stands by their product. I guess this is why we pay a premium for shoes!

Couldn't agree more. The staff/customer service and products at EG are really top notch.

Looks like EG added a new color for some shoes (Redwood calf)

    "
A light warm red which showcases signature Edward Green antiquing with a richly burnished patina."
