With functional buttonholes, no less. Damn short-armed freaks mutilating perfectly good clothes . . .

[IMG] Didn't see that. I guess that limits the market then...

S200s $10K Corneliani suit in 40R from eHaberdasher, seller of the Ringo Starr Isaia tux. Very nice suit but $10K??

[IMG] eHaberdasher is a great seller, but they're overdoing the embellishment these days.

What makes you so sure they are embellishing? It is possible their Super 200's suits retail for that much. A few years ago anything cut from Super 200's would have ben 15-20K.

Corneliani super 200's suit retails for $3,795 at least the one I looked at did. Still a good deal at the price Ben has it listed for. Maybe his suit is different then the Super 200's I saw, but it looks almost identical. ehaberdasher is a quality seller I am sure the embellishment, if any, was not purposeful. 1,200 for a quality super 200's suit is still a STEAL, so who really cares what the retail price says?

I'm not sure, it's just that $10,000 is so much higher than normal Corneliani retail that it stretches credulity. And you have to admit, the Ringo tux thing was tenuous at best. Anyway it's not like MSRP inflation is a big deal, I just think that eHadberdasher's products and service are good enough to stand on their own.
