Hi there,

I've been lurking for a while and wondered if any of the resident sleuths could cast an eye over this auction for a zenga suit on eBay.

I'm fairly new to this so hopefully someone can help.

Does it look like the genuine article?

Difficult to tell the age but it is not outrageously dated and it is worth paying what you want to pay for a second hand suit.

Surely depends upon the body that is to go inside it?

If they are not pinning it (which looks quite possible) then it looks slimish. The 32" waist is also encouraging if you want a slimmer fit. You could ask for a waist measurement on the jacket (@ the 2nd button). But there is always risk in buying a suit without trying it on. Only you can determine if you like it and if you can get it a a price that you think is worth the risk.

I guess your right though, buying blind on the web is always going to be a risk.

I think I just wanted to make sure that firstly it wasn't a fake and that secondly if it didn't fit perfectly it would be close enough to tailor it.

I'll bid what I can afford to lose and hope for the best
