ebay seller "kassameri". Any experience?

This ebay seller has some ties I find eyecatching for evenings out, including some from Italo Ferretti, who makes for Brioni. There are 2 issues I have with the seller's merchandise, first, it's priced like retail Brioni and second, the Italo Ferretti ties carry his own label, "Ameri", and he doesn't show a Ferretti label. His ebay description "About Us" says he's been selling menswear in NYC for 25 years and has a B&M store at at 1010 3rd Ave. between 60th & 61th Street, New York, New York 10021. Does anyone know anything about him? Is his merchandise likely to be legit?
