We know that sellers see increased traffic and sales when they accept PayPal. So, effective November 23, 2006, millions of PayPal buyers will be eligible to receive cash rebate offers worth from $10 to $20. There is a limit of one rebate per PayPal buyer.

By offering this reward to our loyal buyers, we'll be helping to drive more online shoppers to sellers who accept PayPal on eBay.com and from their own qualifying Merchant websites.

Cash rebate programs will be available to buyers from November 23, 2006 through May 15, 2007. Look for more details in the next few days on PayPal.com. We'll also be emailing registered PayPal buyers with more information soon.
Sincerely,

Bill Onderdonk

On a less bashing note...

My wife got a gift certificate/voucher/thank you from eBay/PapPal and we got £10 off our next order.

Sounds like a similiar deal.
