I have just resold a pair of new unworn Alden Cordovan by JCrew boots on ebay.
The buyer won them for a price better than they would have got directly from JCrew.
But now they are coming back complaining of imperfections, such as a string coming from a seam.
As these are new in box, any imperfections would have been shown in the giant pictures I posted and are part of the deal.
    Am I right?
    Please advise.

On eBay the seller is always wrong.
