Most times I throw away the bun. Sometimes I eat only half the bun. Rarely I eat the whole thing.

Can a mod please merge this thread into the "things that are pissing you off: food and drink edition" thread?

Thanks!

When I eat a hot dog, burrito/soft taco, burger, etc. if I finish all the meat and there's a nubbin' of meatless bun/tortilla left, I just throw it out.

Cutting out the bun will mostly just help cut the calories from it. Might be a good idea, but all this low carb nonsense gets old.

Having said that, I sometimes do it just because I dont really feel like eating bread.

Somebody already mentioned this, but the person may be a celiac. My girlfriend has celiac disease and can't eat anything that contains gluten. If we go out for burgers, she has to get it sans the bun otherwise she'll get pretty sick. The more you know!

I'm pretty much with conne on this one. If you want to eat a big slab of beef without a bun, have a steak.
