I decided I might try ES again in the Fulton or Filson cut, as my tastes have changed a bit since I last tried them and found they didn't fit well. What is the difference between these two, if any as far as the cut goes. Also, their less washed models, like the Line Dry, what kind of shrinkage/stretching will I get?

I don't believe there's a difference. I think that the name changed for the current line is all.

So I should just order whichever wash/lack thereof that I like better?

the pocket shape is a little more angular and the very back belt loop has visible selvage and is crooked on the fultons. in addition the fultons have coin pockets.

I owe a pair of fulton myself. from what i heard it will stretch but shrink back to tag size after a wash. so i guess just get ur true size to avoid any surprise.

i prefer the rottons than filsons and fultons..the rotton has a dry version and has a more tapered fit

Also, is the Line Dry wash actually dry denim, or is it one wash?

Any chance you actually have these and can comment on sizing? Also, to anyone who has ordered from their website, what's the return/exchange policy like?

Ok, so I've decided to try these. What do you like better, the Line Dry or the Patriot wash?

Depends on what you're looking for. I have the patriots and I think both are cool, though if I had my pick, I'd personally prefer the line dry. Not sure which is better quality and I haven't actually worn my patriots at all, but I did run across a post on superfuture mentioning that the patriots fade really fast. How true that is, I can't say.

Thanks. I've decided to go for the Line Dry. I am just going to order these from the ES website, because nobody else seems to have them (in an online retail store) and when I am in LA next week I will look through the clearance stores. How much would you guyess these would stretch in the waist?

In my experience, ES sizes the dry(er) stuff down so that the waist measurements are consistent throughout their lines, but I have no experience with the line dry specifically.
