Great tie and combination!Picked this one up a while ago. First time I’ve worn it out of the house.

Nice ensemble, sir. We're tie brothers
He has a lot of twill silk fabrics. I've handled a few, so I can't speak for all fabrics. But to me, none appear shiny. Of course, they're not going to be as matte as madder ties. But they're not as shiny as your usual silk reppe ties.Hi - I am thinking about placing my first order with Patrizio Cappelli and was wondering about the twill silk fabrics. I prefer the matte finish look of madder and wool challis, but he has some very nice patterns in twill silk. Are his twill silks at all 'shiny' or do they have more of a matte finish? Thank you.

Can anyone tell me what type of knots these ties tie? For reference, I like ‘substantial’ four in hand knots (like the picture). Appreciate any feedback or if there is a way to customize this option. View attachment 1756908
