1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Both "Drake's silk" ties have arrived. I'm very happy with them. The silk feels dry, which is a good thing. It creates friction which helps the tie knot saying in place. Might share a picture wearing one of the ties tomorrow.

Wow this is nice. I realised that there are not many striped ties in the EGC website. Does Patrizio have others that he did not put up on the web?

I thought both of these turned out nicely. They are not mine but Patrizio sent a pic to me and perhaps to some of you too. Pic is a bit blurry but you get the idea.

I often think it's too bold when hanging on my tie rack, but it looks awesome with a navy suit.

    It is printed on twill.

    Awesome ties @cezinho!

Could you share construction details (including width, please) on the Navy Garza?

    Thank you in advance

Linen. Patrizio has the fabric, not on the website.

Received my orders today, Patrizio is great to deal with, as always!

L to R: Rare red wool challis, Navy twill silk, Red/Orange Madder

All 3 ties are gorgeous, the madder especially so, with the soft hand and the way it knots, everything is spot on! Grab them while it's still available!

That Blue challis on the far-right keeps calling my name. When i inquired with Pat late last year, he told me he only had enough fabric for 8cm tie which was not my bag as my preferred is 9 to 9.5cm. @Cleav , is that a 9cm or more width?

    Regards.

Oh definitely 9cm. My preference is like yours mate. It was calling to me too and I have to say it is even better than I thought. May be he got more in?
