This weekend, I picked up four Piattelli suits from a Barney's outlet - sold on the price, great fit, and fully canvassed construction. Three are super 130s, one is super 140s. How durable will these wools be for everyday wear? I know that the higher the s-count, the more delicate the wool, but how delicate are we talking with these s-counts?

For everday wear? If you wear a 90-110 (if you ever bother playing the "supers" game, heh), you'd still destroy that thing. I have a well made sports coat using in the 150's, and it's fine after a year of wear. I did just recently put it away though, not due to any durability issues, but I wore it once a week/ two weeks with no problems.

It's really once you start getting to the 160s+ you need to start worrying.
