A query re Dunhill shirts. England or Italy? How good are they compared to pretty good English (Lewin, for ex) or pretty good Italian (Lorenzini, for ex)?

I have a Dunhill barrel cuff dress shirt that I picked up on ebay for just $30. It clearly states that it's made in England. I don't have any shirts by Lewin, but my Lorezini (for RLPL) shirts are far nicer.

Do not know who makes but they seem to be very good, much better than Lewin

I would agree... I have several -- mostly double-barrell cuffed end-on-ends. I think they're quite nice, in an understated sort of way. The shirt I think it's closest to -- quality comparison-wise -- is RLPL.
